Summary:

This signal vote intended to create USDB metapool, crvUSDB.

USDB is Bancor decentralized stablecoin. More detail can be found here:

Motivation:

USDB is constantly off-peg for most of it time. By creating Curve pool, this will become one of tools to help USDB and generate volume to Curve.
