Rather than to burn those tokens, which IMO is bad because we want to distribute CRV tokens and not burn them, we could allocate some of the daily new CRV to veCRV holders. Thus veCRV holders benefits by getting more CRV which some of them may even lockup those CRV to get more CRV.
