CIP#65/66 - Add gauges for REN pools on Fantom and Polygon

Summary:

This proposal would add gauges for two new Bitcoin pools:

  • The REN one on Fantom (wBTC/renBTC)
  • The REN one on Polygon (awBTC/renBTC)

Abstract:

If those votes succeed, both gauges will start receiving CRV if veCRV hodlers assign voting weight to them by voting there
