CIP#44 - Add gauges for five new pools: [BBTC, [sBTC]] / [oBTC, [sBTC]] / [pBTC, [sBTC]] / [UST, [3Pool]] / [EURs, sEUR]

Summary:

We are proposing to introduce gauges for the following pools:

  • [BBTC, [sBTC]]
  • [oBTC, [sBTC]] Metapool with BOR incentives
  • [pBTC, [sBTC]] Metapool with PNT incentives
  • [UST, [3Pool]] Metapool with LUNA incentives
  • [EURs, sEUR] Pool with incentives

Those five pools have been previously approved in signal votes.

If the vote is successful, those gauges will be eligible to be voted for on gauge weight vote and receive CRV.
