CIP#142 Update fee burners

Same as last time, we have updated burners to support burning of fees in new crypto pools like CVX or XAUT.

Fee burning is the process of extracting fees from Curve pools and swapping them to 3CRV.

  • We’ve done optimisations
  • We’ve added new tokens like CVX/XAUT which the burners couldn’t exchange before
  • We’ve made the process use Curve crypto pools when available instead of Synthetix
