Proposal to adjust pool parameters of dlcBTC/wBTC pool for upcoming CurveLend integration
Motivation
On advice from both the Curve core team and Curve Research, we propose to change the pool parameters of dlcBTC/WBTC in order to be better optimized for integration into CurveLend, notably the increase of ma_exp_time to 2 hours.
ma_exp_time = increase from 866 to 10387 (7200 / log(2))
